About the Company:

With over 40 years of experience, the company brings knowledge and skillful expertise to the design and installation of the most complex commercial plumbing systems. We are a full-scope contractor with the ability to professionally manage and self-perform all phases of commercial plumbing projects from design and fabrication to installation and service. We can manage the water and waste supply needs of municipalities and campus-style facilities managing the design and implementation of all pump and plumbing systems from water/wastewater treatment to pumps, lift stations, and well houses.


About the Position:

The Project Manager for Plumbing Construction is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of plumbing construction projects, including project management, and business development. They will be involved in all tasks and will manage projects from bid preparation to final completion. This role requires independent project supervision on projects of varying sizes and complexities and entails direct profit and loss responsibility for assigned projects. The Project Manager will take full responsibility for project management to ensure successful outcomes for both customers and the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5 years plumbing experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in plumbing construction or related industry
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and codes
  • Proficiency in reading construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Solid understanding of project budgets, schedules, and cost control
