Job Description

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of obstetric and surgical protocols.
• Experience in postpartum or perioperative settings preferred.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Assists in postpartum surgical interventions and emergency procedures.
• Prepares and maintains sterile environments for post-delivery surgeries.
• Monitors new mothers’ vitals and reports any changes.
• Provides post-surgical wound care support.
• Assists with ADLs and mobility support for recovering mothers.
• Ensures proper sterilization of surgical tools and equipment.
