Responsibilities include:

• Project a positive representation of Miller's Ace Hardware.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
• Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously, and effectively.
• Continually build product knowledge base and assist customers with store layout and product location.
• Assist in pricing, stocking, marking, and organizing of store product.
• Stihl sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in the sales and operation of consumer power equipment.
• Assembly, demonstration and explanation of features and benefits of products and equipment stocked for sale.
• Aid with the daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and service areas.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• A commitment to service, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
