• Provide excellent customer service and grow patient relationships
• Oversee all non-clinical tasks of the office
• Ensure compliance with administrative and HR duties
• Have knowledge of dental insurance and codes
• Maintain key holder responsibilities
• Give treatment presentations to patients
• Possess proficiency in software
• Implement marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of Dental Management experience
• Knowledge of Dental Insurance submission
• Previous experience with managing employees
• Presenting treatment to patients and getting them scheduled
• Flexible schedule to support the practice when needed
