Shift:  Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Status: 90 day internship

About the Internship
Associates will work within the team to provide support where needed, and complete tasks as assigned.   Associates should have good verbal and listening skills.  Responsibilities will include assisting with daily operational tasks, reporting and various projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in various corporate Intern activities and training opportunities
  • Proficient with all Word, Excel and Visio software programs.
  • Gain an understanding of technical customer service and the various technologies employed.
  • Complete tasks as assigned and provide feedback.
  • Provide updates as needed to the team and Management.
  • Work with Management team on various projects.
  • Utilizing knowledge gained from education to give suggestions on process enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education
  • General understanding of networks, and information security best practices.
  • General pleasant demeanor and general phone skills
  • Possess intermediate to exceptional technical computer skills
  • Ability to be patient and attentive to detail
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language
  • Time management skills
