Compensation Range: $30/hr – $35/hr

Job Description:
Lead and manage creative project execution from brief to delivery, acting as a strategic liaison between teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Determine course of action, resources, and priorities for creative deliverables

• Lead discovery, kickoff, and project status meetings

• Communicate scheduling issues across teams

• Conduct weekly job status updates

• Act as the single point of contact for billing, timing, and resource inquiries

• Secure and allocate creative resources effectively

• Partner with account teams for planning and forecasting

• Align workload with senior producers and managers

• Manage timesheets, expense reports, and vendor invoices

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 4–6 years managing creative projects across formats (print, web, media, email)

  • Experience with high-volume project management

  • Strong multitasking in fast-paced environments

  • Proficiency in Workfront or similar PM tools

  • Agency experience preferred

  • Combination of producer and traffic manager skills

  • Highly organized and tactful communicator

  • Experience in waterfall project methodology

  • Self-sufficient and proactive daily worker

  • Outgoing and team-oriented personality

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with meta campaigns

  • Understanding of email scheduling logistics

  • Experience with resource allocation for deliverables

  • Strategic problem-solving in complex project scenarios

  • Ability to streamline workflows and improve processes
