Job Tittle: Product Owner

Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision and Strategy:
o Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for telecom products.
o Ensure alignment of product goals with business objectives and market demands.
2. Backlog Management:
o Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog using JIRA.
o Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business analysts, and development teams, to gather and refine requirements.
o Ensure the product meets the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
4. Sprint Planning and Execution:
o Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure the development team understands the product backlog.
o Monitor sprint progress and address any issues that arise using Scrum practices.
5. Market Analysis:
o Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform product decisions.
o Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the product.
6. Release Management:
o Plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
7. Performance Monitoring:
o Track product performance and user satisfaction.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
o Proven experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and managing product development cycles using JIRA.
2. Skills:
o Strong understanding of telecom technologies and market dynamics.
o Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
o Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Technical Knowledge:
o Familiarity with telecom billing systems, mediation, and rating.
o Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
