Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing (2nd & 3rd Shift Available)
Location: Southwestern Wisconsin (Relocation Assistance Available)
Shifts Available:
* 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 11 PM (rotating every 3rd Saturday)
* 3rd Shift: Sunday Night - Friday Morning, 10 PM - 7 AM (rotating every 3rd Saturday)
We are working with a well-established food manufacturer that has been providing high-quality, locally processed products for over 30 years. They are actively seeking Production Supervisors to join their leadership team and drive operational success on both 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a highly trained production team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety.
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve facility and company goals.
* Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and regulatory standards .
* Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
* Ensure a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence .
* Communicate with management regarding shift performance, production planning, and problem resolution .
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in dairy, pasteurization, or food manufacturing management .
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
* Familiarity with data management programs and production tracking.
* Ability to operate necessary manufacturing equipment .
* Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations .
