  • Compensation: $52.00 - $63.00 per hour
SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager-level contractor to serve as an  HR and Talent Operations Project Manager focused on accelerating recruitment efforts across key operational functions, including  Supply Chain, Sourcing, SIOP, Materials Planning & Logistics, and Quality . This role is critical in managing the high volume of open positions and ensuring alignment between hiring needs and talent acquisition processes.
The ideal candidate will act as a  strategic partner and process quarterback , collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team, and driving progress through organized tracking, communication, and candidate evaluation.

What you’ll do as a Project Manager, HR and Talent Operations:
  • Serve as a central liaison between HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to drive seamless recruitment processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to manage and monitor recruitment pipelines, ensuring alignment with processes and timelines
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers, functional leaders, and HR leadership on progress, risks, and priorities
  • Participate in candidate screening and interviews, applying functional knowledge to evaluate qualifications and fit
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking tools to ensure visibility and accountability across open roles
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or misalignment in hiring efforts and recommend solutions to keep processes on track
What you’ll bring to the Project Manager, HR and Talent Operations role:
  • Proven HR management experience, ideally in a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of operational functions including supply chain, sourcing, and quality
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working within structured Talent Acquisition processes and systems
  • Ability to assess candidate capabilities and provide valuable input during selection decisions
  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
