We are seeking an enthusiastic Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. In this entry-level role, you will manage key communications initiatives, helping to shape the public image of the organization and strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. As an essential member of the team, you will support the execution of communication strategies for large national clients, assist with event promotion, and enhance corporate services.

Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management to ensure communication strategies align with company goals.
Organize and promote community events, acting as the spokesperson to foster engagement and raise brand awareness.
Build and nurture relationships with customers while communicating the company’s promotional services, serving as a liaison between the company and the public.
Develop community-based strategies and campaigns that align with public relations objectives, driving brand visibility.
Maintain cooperative relationships with consumers, community organizations, employees, and public interest groups to promote a positive brand image.
Coach client representatives in effective communication techniques to enhance brand representation.
Analyze company objectives, promotional policies, and needs to create PR strategies that influence public opinion and promote company services.
Maintain the organization’s image and identity through strategic communications tailored to resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify market trends and assess advertising efforts, ensuring alignment with public relations strategies.
Previous experience in community relations, sales, or public relations is preferred but not required.
Ability to build rapport with the community and engage with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
