Qualifications: • Active real estate license or in progress (required). • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Self-motivated and business-minded. • Open to coaching, learning, and collaboration. • Comfortable with basic tech tools (CRM, Zoom, social media). • New and experienced agents welcome.
