As our Showing Assistant, you’ll manage property tours, coordinate schedules, provide buyer feedback, and support transactions from start to finish—helping ensure every client interaction reflects the highest level of care. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct private showings by opening and securing properties, guiding clients through homes, and highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Plan daily itineraries by scheduling appointments, coordinating with listing agents, and mapping efficient routes.
  • Enter buyer feedback into the CRM after each tour to keep the team aligned and informed.
  • Respond to client inquiries about HOA fees, short-term rental policies, ski-lift access, schools, and other local amenities.
  • Review new and updated listings each morning, flagging high-priority opportunities for the lead agent.
  • Host open houses by welcoming guests, collecting contact information, and managing marketing materials.
  • Capture supplementary photos and video for buyers unable to attend showings in person.
  • Ensure property security by managing lockboxes, verifying lights/thermostats, and securing the home after visits.
  • Support transactions by coordinating inspections, meeting appraisers, and attending final walk-throughs.
Qualifications:
  • Active Colorado real estate license in good standing.
  • Proven client service and customer relationship skills.
  • Residency in Summit County with a reliable vehicle for travel.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with smartphones, GPS apps, Supra e-key, and basic CRM data entry.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and dependable.
