Job Description
We are seeking a Client Experience Receptionist who will play a vital role in delivering a warm, empathetic, and customer-centric experience for our clients. This position involves setting up and closing the clinic, providing payment and billing support, and ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
+ Provide a warm, empathetic, and customer-centric experience to clients.
+ Set up the clinic at the start of the day.
+ Close the clinic at the end of the day.
+ Offer payment and billing support.
Essential Skills
+ 6+ months to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Exceptional customer service skills.
+ Front desk and client relationship management.
+ Warm, inviting, and professional demeanor.
+ Solutions-oriented approach.
+ Bilingual- Spanish (preferred)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ No healthcare background required.
+ Receptionist and secretarial skills.
+ Client-centric focus.
Work Environment
The role requires a 40-hour work week starting at 6:30 AM. The schedule includes rotating weekends, where every third weekend involves working Saturday and Sunday, with a day off before and after the weekend shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
