(HSP) is a leading name in Long Term Temporary Staffing and Permanent Hire Recruiting, specializing in providing Clinical, IT, Financial, and Administrative personnel to public, private and charter schools, educational institutions, and other academic organizations. We are expanding our educational recruiting team and are seeking driven professionals to join our mission of supporting K-12 school districts. Experience in recruiting teachers, specialized roles, special education professionals, school support staff and other school personnel is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and creative strategies to network and identify suitable candidates for teaching, specialized roles, school support staff and other school-related roles.
  • Collect, organize, and verify required candidate documentation to ensure timely submissions to clients.
  • Prioritize job orders based on the needs of educational institutions and submission deadlines, ensuring efficient and successful placements.
  • Meet quota objectives set by management, focusing on call volume, candidate submissions, and successful candidate placements.
  • Act as an advocate for both educational institutions and candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining frequent communication to address any obstacles or delays.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and dedication to achieve objectives.
REQUIRED OR PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for K-12 education roles is preferred.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in making a high volume of calls per day, documenting activities in our customer relationship management system.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities under strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable with technology, proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook and Word), and familiar with educational job boards and platforms.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Compensation : Base Salary with additional Commission and Bonuses based on experience.
  • Base Salary: $42,000 (base salary)
  • Ramp Up Bonus: $500/month for the first six months
  • Uncapped commissions and additional performance-based bonuses
  • On Target Earnings Range: $50,000 - $85,000
