Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Urgent Care

Location: Rapid City, SD

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36

Salary Range: $26.09 - $32.61 per hour (Based on knowledge, skills, and experience)

We are seeking a passionate, professional, and supportive Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Urgent Care team in Rapid City. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the ANA Nursing Process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Employ strategies to promote health, prevent illness, and safely manage patient care.
• Advocate for patients and provide health education to improve wellness.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance care quality using clinical judgement and standard nursing practices.

Qualifications:

• Required: Graduate from an approved nursing education program; Current RN license as per South Dakota or applicable state laws; Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA).
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in Nursing; 1+ years of RN experience, particularly in urgent care or emergency settings.
