Job Description

Full-time, remote (temporary) career opportunity with the starting pay of up to $13.50 plus incentives!\

Responsibilities:\
\
Responds to telephone inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.\
\
Associates must live within commuting distance of Lexington, KY and will work onsite when local health ordinance allows for return to the office
