Location: This position is remote. 

Role: 

Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Requirements Analyst to elicit, document, and analyze technical and functional requirements to support USCIS IT projects. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements. 

  • Develop user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams. 

  • Document functional and business requirements for enterprise systems. 

  • Support the development of Enterprise Architecture-related artifacts. 

  • Collaborate with product owners to ensure requirements align with business goals. 

 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience as a requirements analyst in IT projects. 

  • Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence. 

  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills. 

 

Preferred/Nice to Have Skills: 

  • Experience in federal IT acquisition processes. 

  • Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). 

 

Clearance:  

  • DHS Background Investigation (BI)
