Your New Role

As a Residential Service Plumber , you’ll be critical to our business, working directly with customers to deliver exceptional service. You’ll:

• Provide expert plumbing services and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Respect customer homes by maintaining cleanliness and using floor savers
• Explain work in clear terms and provide solutions tailored to client needs
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems with precision
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure functionality and safety
• Exceed revenue goals by delivering high-quality service and upselling when appropriate
• Build customer rapport and suggest the best products and services
• Drive club membership conversions and renewals, explaining the benefits to clients
• Maintain a clean, professional truck representing Xtreme Air Services
• Adhere to our Code of Ethics and Team Rules, focusing on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

• High school diploma/GED required
• Tradesmen license required
• Must have 3-5+ years of experience as a residential service plumber
• Self-starter, reliable, and flexible with hours
• Strong customer service skills
• Must pass random drug testing
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
