Position Overview:
The Rigging Operations Manager, based in our Phoenix, AZ branch, reports directly to the Branch Manager and plays a pivotal role in overseeing the success of Bragg Companies' rigging services. This position is responsible for managing dispatch operations, rigging crews, and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The Rigging Operations Manager will collaborate with other departments, including maintenance and support, to maintain operational excellence, prioritize safety, and lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality rigging services. This role will also drive the company’s commitment to safety and operational efficiency, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence within the team.
