Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated RN for a Part Time position on our Mother Baby Unit at Community Medical Center.

Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.

Qualifications:

Required:

• RN degree
• NJ RN License
• Current Mother Baby or Acute Care RN experience
• BLS required (American Heart Association) & NRP

Preferred:

• Mother Baby experience
• BSN
• Specialty Certification

Scheduling Requirements :

• Part Time Night Shift

Essential Functions:

• The RN cares for our New Mom s post-partum and infants on the Mother Baby Unit including post op care, medication and treatments, breast feeding assistance and education & care of their infant.
