Sales Engineer - Thermal Solutions (Semiconductor Focus)
Terms: DP/FTE
Pay: Base up to $130,000 + Commission -> OTE $190k + additional multipliers
Location: San Jose, CA | Remote
We're looking for a driven and experienced Sales Engineer to help us grow our clients thermal product portfolio in the dynamic semiconductor space. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for customer success, technical know-how, and a knack for building long-term partnerships-let's talk.
What you'll do
+ Act as their go-to expert for thermal product applications and solutions
+ Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders across your account portfolio
+ Identify opportunities and close deals through teamwork and strategic insight
+ Lead customer trainings, presentations, and technical consultations
+ Manage and fine-tune CRM funnel activity to support forecasting and revenue targets
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring the right solutions to the table
+ Drive market share and revenue growth with smart, actionable account plans
What you bring
+ A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
+ 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years supporting OEMs
+ Preferably, experience in the semiconductor industry
+ Strong command of CRM platforms, sales forecasting, and customer segmentation
+ Excellent communication skills and a proactive, relationship-first mindse
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
