Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales person with with strong sales experience and a background in residential real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with a deep understanding of the residential real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and real estate knowledge to build a successful career in a competitive and rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies to build a robust client pipeline.
  • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, including property searches, showings, negotiations, and closing transactions.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and property values to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, title companies, and other industry professionals.
  • Prepare and present compelling offers, contracts, and marketing materials to promote listings and attract buyers.
  • Stay updated on local real estate market conditions, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Utilize CRM tools and other technology to manage client interactions and track sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the brokerage team to ensure seamless transaction processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [2-3 years] of professional sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in residential real estate, such as working as a licensed real estate agent, broker, or related role.
