We’re Hiring: Real Estate Media Sales Specialist

Location: Chicago North Side Metro (Hybrid / Local Travel)
Type: Full-Time | Base + Commission or Commission-Only

We’re looking for a confident, curious, and resourceful sales pro to help us grow our client base in Chicago. If you’ve got a natural gift for connecting with people, love local real estate, and want to be part of a brand with a proven reputation for excellence, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

  • Get in front of the top 7% of real estate agents in Chicagoland (north side) - and show them what we can do for their listings

  • Cold call, email, drop by brokerages, and attend open houses to build relationships and start conversations

  • Host pop-up happy hours and attend networking events to stay top of mind with local agents and team leaders

  • Deliver in-person presentations at real estate offices and events

  • Close new clients directly or partner with our customer service team to onboard new agents smoothly

  • Stay organized using our CRM (Pipedrive) and report daily of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business and any other issues. Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re confident without being pushy. You know how to open doors, ask the right questions, and create trust.

  • You’re persistent, organized, and thrive on relationship-building - not just closing the next deal.

  • You’re local to the Chicago and familiar with the residential real estate world (or eager to learn fast).

  • You know how to make people feel seen and heard - and you care about delivering a quality experience.

  • You’re comfortable being on the move: visiting agents, going to events, and showing up where the action is.

Compensation (Choose Your Path)

Option 1: Base + Commission

  • $36,000–$48,000 base salary

  • 10–15% commission on new revenue (first 6–12 months per customer)

  • On-target earnings: $50,000–$70,000 with room to grow

Option 2: Commission-Only (High Reward)

  • 30–35% commission on new revenue (first 12 months per customer)

  • Optional 3-month draw ($2,000–$3,000/month) to get you started

  • On-target earnings: $90,000-$120,000+

  • Unlimited earning potential

You’ll be responsible for up to $150,000 in new business in your first 6 months . If you’re the type who likes that kind of challenge — and has the confidence to back it up — this role was made for you.
