Job Title : Salesforce Functional Consultant

Job Type : W2/C2C


Experience : 8-15 years


Location : Remote

Responsibilities :

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with requirement gathering, process modeling, and functional design .
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration ( flows, process builders, validation rules, page layouts , etc.).
• Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations .
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features ( Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud , etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce Consultant certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning is a plus.
• Design and document functional specifications based on business needs.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other modules as required.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the functional design is translated into scalable and robust technical solutions.
• Create and manage user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct a gap analysis between business requirements and Salesforce functionality.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and demos for key stakeholders.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) support and defect triaging.
• Work with data teams on data migration and data quality efforts.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
