Are you a skilled, licensed stylist with leadership experience? Do you enjoy working with a dynamic team, cutting hair, and providing exceptional customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a Salon Manager to lead our talented team at our select-service salon. In this floor manager role, you’ll spend about 90% of your time cutting hair while also managing day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless, efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere that ensures every customer has a great experience.
• Deliver high-quality haircuts and top-notch service while working directly with clients.
• Lead by example, motivating and supporting your team as you work alongside them.
• Oversee daily operations, manage appointment flow, and keep the salon running smoothly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards, manage inventory, and ensure all procedures are followed.
• Foster a collaborative team culture, helping to develop and retain talented stylists.

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
• Previous management or leadership experience is a plus.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks while working directly with customers.
