We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our safety equipment not only meets high-quality standards but also carries our brand's commitment to safety and effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing machinery for various materials.

• Select and mix inks according to specifications for different projects.

• Prepare screens and substrates for printing processes to ensure optimal quality.

• Monitor the printing process to maintain high quality and consistency in prints.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to prevent downtime.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Keep accurate records of production runs, including materials used and time spent on each project.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in graphic design or printing technology is a plus.

• Proven experience as a screen printer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of different printing techniques and materials used in screen printing.

• Familiarity with color theory and the ability to mix colors accurately for printing.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control in finished products.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
