We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. Set up and operate screen printing machinery for various materials.
Select and mix inks according to specifications for different projects.
Prepare screens and substrates for printing processes to ensure optimal quality.
Monitor the printing process to maintain high quality and consistency in prints.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to prevent downtime.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
Keep accurate records of production runs, including materials used and time spent on each project.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in graphic design or printing technology is a plus.
Proven experience as a screen printer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of different printing techniques and materials used in screen printing.
Familiarity with color theory and the ability to mix colors accurately for printing.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control in finished products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
