The Role The Nordic Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting the multiple divisions of Nordic. Support consists of managing day to day processes within the Salesforce CRM and working across multiple teams to ensure workflows and data are accurate. The Senior Salesforce Administrator supports our Salesforce platform and related integrated systems. This person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the platform and will work closely with business partners, development teams, and technical resources to make sure the platform meets the needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities The Administrator will manage analysis and development of the Salesforce software; as well as delivery of training, maintenance, and support required to ensure information is effectively used in decision-making and operations. This position will also be responsible for supporting the documentation of business rules/requirements for new and existing applications, creating development ready tickets, and assisting in the development process.
  • Salesforce CRM Management: Administer and configure Salesforce or related platform, including automating processes using out-of-the-box tools.
  • System Administration: Provide support and maintenance for internal environments, including customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflows.
  • User Management: Manage user access and permissions, including granting access and access removal as required.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems in Salesforce, escalating and tracking issues appropriately.
  • Data Management: Standardize, cleanse, and upload external data into the Salesforce platform to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Business Process Support: Act as the "Superuser" expert for specific business units, providing support and guidance on system or application us
  • e. • System Configurations: Collaborate with team members and internal departments to define business requirements and implement solutions.
    • Integration and App Exchange: Support integrations with 3rd party systems and install App Exchange products to enhance functionality and capabilities.
    • Roadmap Development: Assist in developing Nordic's Salesforce roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to align the system with organizational goals and strategies.
    • Business Process Understanding: Acquire a deep understanding of multiple business processes across the organization to better support and optimize the Salesforce system.
    Skills And Experience
    • 7+ years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator
    • Experience with building automation and configuration-based solutions
    • Ability to debug and test user issues within Salesforce environments
    • Experience working with Lightning UI
    • Experience with Salesforce Flow
    • Integration experience, specifically Rest / SOAP API, Batch, JSON
    • Experience with Salesforce Application Exchange products
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
    • Ability to work well within collaborative teams and have strong interpersonal skills
    • Eagerness to meet deadlines and handle simultaneous requests
    • Direct experience resolving complex production system problems and developing business processes and solutions
    • Direct experience with complex and critical system/application configuration
    Preferred Credentials • Salesforce Admin Certified • Salesforce Advanced Admin Certified
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certified
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study preferred or work experience equivalent
