What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead the preparation and review of personal tax and estate tax returns.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of individual income tax returns.
- Supervise the review process for individual estate tax returns.
- Delegate tasks to qualified team members, ensuring high-quality work.
- Manage and guide our personal tax division to success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

- CPA Designation (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Enrolled Agent with 10+ years of tax experience may also be considered.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Additional Information:

- Start date: Second week of November
- This is a remote position, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
