Position: Server Assistant / Beverage Attendant

This position makes $7.25 plus tip outs from the Servers per show.

Let the competitions begin at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show! We're seeking friendly and high-energy individuals to serve our fabulous four-course feast.

Full-time, Part-Time, and Seasonal positions available. On-the-job training provided.

• Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare for dinner service by assisting arena servers with set up.
  • Be the communicator between kitchen staff and arena staff to ensure the correct amount of food is ready to serve, in the correct sections.
  • Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent any food cross-contamination.
  • Ensure all food equipment is functioning properly for proper temperatures.
  • Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
  • Assist with cleaning table & section when dinner service is complete.
  • Remove any dinnerware and get to the appropriate location in the kitchen.
  • The beverage attendant position may require cross-training in serving duties.

  Qualification Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
  • Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Physical Demands:

  • Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
  • Frequent pushing and pulling of racks, whether full or empty.
