Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Server and Bartender to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Bartender, you will craft delicious cocktails and beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in both roles, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILIBILITY.

Responsibilities:

Server:

  1. Greet guests warmly and take their orders
  2. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
  3. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  4. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  5. Process payments and handle cash transactions

Bartender:

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  2. Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
  3. Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
  4. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
  5. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Server and Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
  2. Extensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
  5. TIPS or similar certification preferred for Bartenders
  6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
