Track the training progress of students and adjust the training plan in a timely manner to meet their personalized needs. Competition guidance and participation Responsible for guiding the student football team's matches, including tactical arrangements, personnel allocation, and game strategy development. Lead students to participate in various football competitions, including intra school and inter school competitions, and strive for excellent results. Evaluate the performance of students in competitions, help them summarize their experiences and lessons, and improve their competitive skills. Site maintenance and equipment management Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of football training grounds, ensuring their safety and cleanliness. Manage football training equipment, including football and training equipment, to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and sufficient. Responsibilities of Foreign English Teachers English Teaching and Curriculum Design Design appropriate English teaching courses based on students' English proficiency and learning needs. Pay attention to the learning progress of students, provide timely guidance and assistance, and improve their learning effectiveness. Cultural exchange and event organization Utilize the advantage of being a foreign teacher to introduce foreign football culture and educational concepts, and enhance students' understanding of multiculturalism.
