Social Media Manager (Remote Position)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to take the lead in developing, executing, and managing high-quality content across a variety of media platforms. About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing a strategic social media plan that elevates our presence on key platforms, including online newsletters, LinkedIn, and any future social channels we explore. You will use data-driven insights to grow our audience, engage followers, and share impactful content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an engaging social media strategy across platforms, with a focus on newsletters and LinkedIn.
Analyze audience data to create strategies that increase engagement and follower growth.
Create and curate compelling content that highlights our expertise, with a special focus on empowering family-owned businesses and women in leadership.
Write persuasive copy, design eye-catching graphics, manage content publishing schedules, and ensure consistency across all channels.
Track and report on audience growth, engagement metrics, and content performance.

Key Qualifications:

In-depth understanding of social media trends, with experience in curating and distributing online newsletters and managing LinkedIn content.
Strong design skills and proficiency in tools like Canva and other graphic design software.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Creative thinker who can develop innovative strategies to engage and grow online communities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in content creation and editing.
Experience with social media analytics and proficiency in Photoshop is a plus.
Availability to commit to a 10-15 hour work week.
