Deputy Chef / Sous Chef at VENETO is a new position, being added to enable us to continue to improve and grow. This is a hands on role, with cooking food to order, daily preparation, and plate presentation being top priorities. Involvement in food procurement, equipment maintenance and kitchen cleanliness rounds out the core duties. Our team of chefs are expected to communicate and cooperate in a professional and positive manner with kitchen team, front of house team members, as well as participate in strategic planning with other administrative and managerial team members. We are building a team of professionals with a passion for food and beverage. The deputy chef/sous chef will work closely with the head chef / chef de cuisine, wine director, front of house team, and owners in providing a superior experience to all guests.QUALIFICATIONS You Bring to the Table:
