ServiceNow Analytics Specialist

Description:

Leverage ServiceNow's predictive analytics capabilities to analyze historical sales data and forecast inventory distribution needs across depots. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure predictive models align with inventory planning and logistics strategies.\rWork closely with data scientists, analysts, and technical teams to integrate predictive models into the ServiceNow platform.\rPerform data cleansing, preparation, and analysis to ensure the accuracy and quality of historical sales data, driving actionable insights.\rSupport the implementation of predictive models into ServiceNow workflows, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.\rProvide regular updates to stakeholders, including reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations based on findings.

Requirements:

Experience with analytics within the ServiceNow environment. Familiarity with sales forecasting and inventory planning use cases.\rExperience with ServiceNow workflows for automating business processes.\rServiceNow development experience for customizations and integrations is a plus.\rRelevant IT certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) are a plus.\rBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.\r5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Predictive Analytics or similar data modeling.
