  • Simplify complexity into clean, user-friendly experiences.

  • Leverage data and user insights to inform, validate, and refine your design decisions.

  • Own end-to-end design, from research and ideation to polished mockups and prototypes.

  • Contribute to the design system and uphold accessibility and usability best practices.

  • Mentor others and help grow a strong, collaborative design culture.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience working in software design & UX, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Proven ability to influence large-scale initiatives and gain stakeholder alignment.

  • A strong portfolio that showcases your design process, craft, and ability to simplify complexity.

  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

  • Proficient with design tools, especially Figma.

  • Working understanding of front-end development and how design translates into code.

  • Demonstrated experience mentoring and elevating fellow designers.

  • Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
