About the Company

We at K Trans Corp treat our Drivers with respect & understand family time is important. Drivers get paid every Friday, making $1500-$2300/week & after 3 months they have a $1500 weekly guarantee as long as the wheels are turning. After 1 year at the company, you get paid vacation (1 week @ $1500). Safety Check Bonuses.We have an in house shop for all repairs & road call services.

Job Summary

• Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
• Box Delivery
• OTR
• $1,000 - $1,600 gross total weekly avg. pay
• $1000 minimum guaranteed weekly pay
• 2,000 - 3,000 avg. miles per week
• No Driver Load/Unload
• No slip seating

Home Time

• 21 - 23 expected days out
• Get 3 days of home time for every 21 days worked
• Home at least one weekend per month

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Stacking and sorting delivered cargo.
• Loading and unloading cargo while operating cargo handling equipment.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Orientation Details

• Orientation is not paid for
• Accommodation is covered
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Orientation is performed partly or in full online
• Covers some or all travel expenses

Hiring Requirements

• Class B license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
• 2 years Commercial Driving experience
