Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues with materials and components.
• Manage supplier certifications and perform audits.
• Use problem-solving methods like 5-Why, FMEA, and Root-Cause Analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and maintain key quality records.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of supplier quality experience in a regulated industry (medical devices preferred).
• Experience conducting supplier audits, supporting internal audits, and performing root cause investigations is required.
• Knowledge of ISO13485, ISO9001, or similar quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and experience with audits.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
