**MAU is hiring a Swing Shift Supervisor for Atlantic Tape & Packaging in Newnan, GA. **As a Swing Shift Supervisor, you will lead warehouse operations during the afternoon and evening hours, ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate order fulfillment. In this role, you’ll manage daily tasks, oversee loading processes, and guide your team to maintain a smooth and productive workflow. Your leadership will drive performance, enforce safety protocols, and support seamless handoffs between shifts. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information

• Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

General Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and team-motivation skills
• Familiarity with order picking, loading processes, and routing logistics preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. as needed

Essential Functions

• Supervise and manage a team of order pickers, ensuring efficient operations and strict adherence to safety protocols
• Oversee truck routing and loading processes to optimize delivery schedules
• Monitor team performance, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
• Maintain workflow efficiency by promptly addressing operational challenges
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other departments to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Enforce compliance with all safety and operational guidelines
• Report delays, incidents, or process issues to management for resolution
• Support inventory accuracy and quality control efforts to maintain operational standards
