In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. Job Description



Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient information technology systems and processes to meet the organization's business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and develop system specifications. Evaluate existing systems, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends solutions to enhance system performance, reliability, and security. Oversee system testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support to end users. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, ensuring that the organization's IT Operations remains up-to-date and aligned with business needs. Mentors other Associate Systems Analysts on the team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. This position will specifically focus on supporting and enhancing Adtalem’s enterprise Salesforce environment

  • Participates as a team member and in the application services delivery group.
  • Possesses sufficient knowledge of business functions to effectively participate in technical analysis, design construction and implementation.
  • Creates solutions to problems using a structured approach keeping in mind long term maintainability and quick accessibility.
  • Tests solutions properly against customer acceptance criteria to ensure a quality application.
  • Documents consistently and accurately on all projects.
  • Communicates and maintains a productive working relationship with user base of product/service line as well as all appropriate parties to an assignment, both internal and external to IT.
  • Reports appropriate and correct status to project leadership, manager and Director.
  • Improves knowledge in new technologies in order to use them in approved projects.
  • Understand Salesforce Lightning Component Framework and drive removal of technical debt
  • Provide strategic consulting of best practices, training programs, and implementation of Salesforce standards and best practices.
  • Create and customize Salesforce using declarative design: Flows, assignment rules, validation rules, Lightning Web Components and identify areas where code would be needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
  • Three (3) plus years years experience with various operating environments, toolsets, and methodologies. 
  • Ability to interact professionally with a variety of institutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Desire to grow knowledge and skill set through on-the-job training, formal classroom training, and independent research.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce programming languages such as Apex and Visualforce as well as Lightning Components
  • Comfortable with using the following tools with Salesfoce: Data Loader, DocuSign/Connect, GearSet, GitHub, etc.
  • Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce B2B, Salesforce B2C, Salesforce DXP.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator & Certified Platform App Builder recommended.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $61,720.78 and $108,334.92. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
