Job Title: Urgent Need Retail Pharmacist

Location: Whitesboro NY 13492

Payrate: $70$75/hourly

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Guarantee Hours: 32 Hours

Shift: 7:00 AM 9:00 PM

Days: Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Counsel patients on the use dosage and potential side effects of medications.
• Review prescriptions to ensure they are appropriate for the patient and check for potential drug interactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Valid state pharmacist license.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Skills:

• Pharmacology Knowledge: Understanding drug actions interactions and effects.
• Patient Assessment : Evaluating patients medication needs and responses.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) : Optimizing therapeutic outcomes for patients.
• Disease Management : Knowledge of chronic and acute disease states
• ProblemSolving: Identifying and resolving medicationrelated issues.
