Vehicle Cleaner & CDL Porter

DeVivo Collision Centers has an opening for a Vehicle Cleaner & Porter with a CDL Class B driver's license. This position is primarily responsible for washing and detailing vehicles as well as the pickup and drop off of commercial vehicles. We provide an opportunity for a talented individual to enter a commercial collision repair apprenticeship.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inspect and clean vehicle interior and exterior

• Fuel vehicles

• Understand OSHA safety rules and promotes a safe work environment

• Ability to move and park different types of vehicles

• Deliver and pickup vehicles to/from customer locations

• Organize vehicles for proper parking at body shop parking lot

• Operate semi-automated bus washer

• Maintain wash bay area and keep clean

Minimum Requirements:

• Commercial Driver-s License (CDL Class B)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 18+ years old

• Dependable

• Self-starter

• Must be able to pass an in-yard driving test of all vehicles that require a Class B CDL, including double decker buses

ATTENTION: This is a safety sensitive position as determined by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and requires inclusion in a random drug testing pool which determines the usage of prohibited substances, including recreational marijuana.
