Summary:

The Vendor Manager works closely with and reports to the SVP of Lender Solutions. The primary responsibility of the Vendor Manager is to support the management of an offshore vendor, including; email and phone communication, quality, auditing, training, and process improvement.

Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responding to email request from or pertaining to the vendor
  • Auditing updates performed by the vendor, analyzing the data and

publishing results

  • Auditing the vendors quality department, ensuring accuracy and identifying process improvement
  • Other duties and special projects may be assigned
  • Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards Competencies:

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient in Windows based environment
  • Experience in running queries in SQL preferred
  • Microsoft Office Skills (specifically Excel and Word)
  • Advanced skills in Excel (formulas and charts)
  • Strong communication skills both written/verbal
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational experience
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to multi-task, problem solve to continually meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards

Preferred

  • College degree
  • Insurance/Mortgage Servicing knowledge

Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:

  • Repetitive motion. Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
  • Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
  • Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
  • Sedentary position. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
  • Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

Pay Ranges:

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including skills, experience, work location and more. We offer competitive pay while still allowing for compensation growth within the position and company.
