Select is now hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for one of our top clients, a leading supplemental company located in Santa Cruz, CA.
This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse logistics, inventory control, and construction project materials management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
Assist in all warehouse logistics, including inbound and outbound freight.
Provide occasional courier service, delivering project hardware to construction sites.
Process inbound freight daily and communicate with field project teams regarding shipments.
Support and maintain inventory management filing systems.
Track and manage miscellaneous materials and hardware for field teams.
Oversee field safety equipment inventory, including check-out/check-in procedures.
Coordinate and communicate expected material and hardware delivery dates with field teams.
Assist with filing service paperwork and processing packing lists for project orders.
Provide general support to the Services and Construction Departments as needed.
Perform additional operational duties as assigned by the Business Operations Supervisor.
Full-time position, Monday–Friday

Previous experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, or logistics preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to occasionally travel to project sites.
Proficient in basic computer and inventory management systems.
