Staff Management | SMX is hiring Warehouse Picker/Packers across multiple shifts for our premier client, Callaway Golf - a global leader in sporting goods. This role is a great opportunity for long-term employment. This role includes picking, packing, assembly, shipping, receiving, unloading, and other general labor based job duties. **Shift Information** :
+ **1st shift: Monday - Friday (Saturdays & Sundays required if scheduled during peak season), 6:00AM - 6:00PM**
+ Hours subject to change due to mandatory overtime and range between 8-12 hours (10-12 hours during peak)

Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.00 / hour
Duties:
+ Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is desired but not required
+ Training is provided to all new associates
+ Order picking with an RF Scanner, print and place labels to scan
+ Perform general labor and support to multiple warehouse departments
+ Required to lift (up to 60lbs) repetitively , sort, stack boxes and handle other general duties as assigned to receive or process orders for shipment
+ Able to read, count accurately, and follow verbal and written directions in English
+ Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve Distribution Center goals
+ Able to stand and/or walk for the duration of 8-10 hour shift
+ Warehouse is **NOT a climate controlled** facility
+ Candidate must have the ability to read and understand English instructions for safety and training purposes
+ Will be expected to cross-train in other departments within the warehouse

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 60 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
