We're looking for a Web Designer who not only dreams in pixels but also brings designs to life with modern no-code tools like Framer and helps power our content engine through HubSpot.
Role Overview:
As our Web Designer, you’ll take the lead in crafting visually stunning, user-centric web experiences from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with our marketing, brand, and product teams to translate creative ideas into fully interactive websites using Figma for design and Framer for development. You’ll also own the visual execution of our blog and resource center via HubSpot, ensuring consistency and creativity across all touchpoints.
What you'll do
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional experience in web design or UI/UX design
Mastery of Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, responsive, conversion-focused design
Proven experience building and launching websites in Framer
Working knowledge of HubSpot CMS, including blog design and templating
Deep understanding of web best practices, UX principles, and responsive design
Sharp eye for typography, spacing, motion, and overall visual storytelling
Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Bonus: Experience with Framer animations, SEO basics, or marketing funnels
