We are a leading wholesale apparel company specializing in manufacturing garments in China and Vietnam and distributing to major off-price retailers including Ross, DD’s Discounts, Burlington, TJ Maxx, and others. With multiple large-scale warehouses in Los Angeles ,CA. We are committed to maintaining operational excellence from production to delivery.

Position Overview:

The Wholesale Apparel Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations including inbound shipments, multi-warehouse inventory management, and outbound distribution to major retail clients. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining a high level of efficiency across all warehouse locations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Shipping:

  1. Coordinate inbound shipments from overseas manufacturers (China and Vietnam).
  2. Manage and schedule outbound shipments from warehouses to major retail clients (Ross, Burlington, TJ Maxx, etc.).
  3. Ensure compliance with shipping requirements, routing guides, and vendor manuals of each retail partner.
  4. Optimize freight, carrier selection, and logistics partnerships for cost savings and efficiency.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

  1. Oversee operations of multiple warehouse facilities across various locations.
  2. Manage inventory control across all warehouses using AIMS 360.
  3. Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
  4. Monitor and audit stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and implement inventory best practices.

Team & Process Management:

  1. Lead and manage warehouse staff and supervisors to meet performance targets and KPIs.
  2. Develop and implement SOPs to streamline logistics and warehouse operations.
  3. Coordinate closely with sales, production, and customer service departments.

Systems & Reporting:

  1. Utilize AIMS 360 for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and logistics reporting.
  2. Generate regular inventory, shipping, and performance reports for leadership.
  3. Recommend system enhancements and improvements for logistics efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management experience in wholesale apparel or consumer goods.
  2. Strong experience managing multiple warehouse operations and high-volume distribution.
  3. Proficiency in AIMS 360 or similar ERP/inventory management software.
  4. Deep understanding of domestic and international logistics, especially related to retail compliance and routing.
  5. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

  1. Experience working with off-price retailers and understanding their logistics requirements.
  2. Background in apparel, fashion, or manufacturing import/export operations.
  3. Familiarity with EDI systems and vendor compliance portals.
