Account Associate - Insurance Team Member

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service, assisting with inquiries about insurance policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
Educate clients on products and services to help them make informed decisions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in sales (inside or outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is a plus but not required.
Interest in marketing and recommending products based on customer needs.
Ability to obtain an Auto & Homeowners Insurance License and Life & Health Insurance License (we offer support for this!).
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a drive for success.
