Bilingual Mandarin Client Solution Groups Manager

Locations:

New Hyde Park,NY

Elk Grove Village, IL

Carson, CA

South San Francisco, CA

Doral, FL

Grapevine, TX

Pay ranges : $75,000 to $85,000/ year

Requirements:

  • Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China, so fluency in Mandarin is essential
  • Experience e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management
  • At least Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of managing client relationships

Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, solving challenges quickly, and ensuring the delivery of tailored logistics and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of issues.
  • Solve client problems in a timely and effective manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with operations, customs, sales, and technology teams to deliver customized solutions for each client.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met.
  • Provide proactive status updates, performance reports, and recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client accounts, ensuring continued success and retention.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through company processes and tools for a seamless start.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with logistics platforms, CRM tools, or related software is a plus.
