Job Description: Contingent Worker Order Placement Support

Responsibilities:

• Accurately place orders for products to support the DashMart platform.
• Escalate vendor-related issues with a sense of urgency.
• Execute workflows to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Identify trends and communicate findings to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teams across DP&R, Delivery, DMaaS, and Analytics to support order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced buying role within technology, hospitality, or grocery & convenience.
• Highly motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to triage issues without predefined solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology, especially Google Sheets.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with G-Suite and Slack.
• Previous experience in the grocery & convenience industry.

Additional Details:

• Remote role requiring 20 hours per week.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills are essential for accurate order execution.
