Position: Certified Sr ServiceNow Developer
Description:
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow deployments and modules. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and the ability to deliver solutions that enhance our IT service management processes.
Job duties include: Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and services, including workflows, forms, and user interfaces to meet business requirements. Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and other integration tools. Writing and maintaining client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other custom scripts to enhance functionality and user experience. Conducting unit testing and supporting user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions. Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and customizations. Providing ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed. Working closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals. Communicating with clients in a highly professional and timely manner.
Requirements: Required qualifications: - Three (3) or more years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Experience with Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, PM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
- Four (4) or more years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, positive attitude, and desire to learn.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and communicate technical issues with non-technical people.
- Capable of successfully multitasking while working independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to react quickly and decisively in high-stress situations.
- Ability to triage problems, design and identify solutions, and escalate issues appropriately in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects.

Preferred qualifications: - Four (4) or more years working with off-shore teams to deliver solutions.
- Experience in large complex ERP deployment.
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Experience managing service tasks with a strong focus on details.
- Motivates team members and maintains a positive attitude.
